On Day 2 of the IEEE SIGHT Symposium, Umeme Sense will be leading a workshop on: Tech Entrepreneurship: Prototyping & Pitching for Grants
We’ll explore the journey beyond building the technology, from developing and refining prototypes to communicating impact, pitching effectively, commercializing humanitarian innovations, and securing funding to take projects further.
For innovators working on solutions to real-world challenges, having a great idea is only the beginning. The ability to demonstrate the problem, validate the solution, articulate impact, build a compelling pitch, and identify the right funding opportunities can make the difference between an idea that remains a prototype and one that creates lasting impact.
